- Identify parameters critical for your process and develop strategies to ensure that these parameters are satisfied
- Optimise your process flow sheet to minimize risk, operating & capital costs
- Develop and evaluate new process flow sheets using our in-house know how and experienced design capabilities
- Design & construct process equipment required for your test work campaign
- Conduct scoping & pre-feasibility engineering studies for your project or alternatively generate the individual elements progressively to the level required:
Level 1: generate process flow diagrams (PFD’s) and an equipment list
Level 2: construct a detailed mass and heat balance of your process using Excel, Metsim & HSC Chemistry
Level 3: specify, size and cost all the process equipment in your process flow sheet using our in-house equipment data base and vendor supplied quotes
Level 4: develop process operating costs including a detailed power schedule, reagents & consumables list and the plant labour schedule
- Act as your representative when liaising with engineering design houses to ensure that your targets are met during feasibility and definitive study stages
- Draw upon other engineering professionals from our industry-wide network to assist your project as required.
